I've been using your website for years, decades even?

At this point, the screen is covered with so many pop-up ads, it's nearly impossible to read anything on your website.  This is with an ad blocker on.  I'm simply attempting to read a review, and the bombardment of ads in my face makes it unusable.

Send me a note if you guys are going to attempt to change this, otherwise I'm done.

There is a CD I have found a looked up. this is the only site on the WWW that lists it. This site claims it can be streamed on Amazon Unlimited and Spotify. I have both and neither stream it. Neither can actually play it despite the fact that this site says it can. 

Hi, for about a week now, when I navigate to allmusic.com, I see the normal layout of allmusic but full of this message:

Error: Forbidden

Your client does not have permission to get URL /home/homepageAjax/2 from this server.

 ...

etc. If I click on any of the links, I get for example:

Error: Forbidden

Your client does not have permission to get URL /album/rodrigo-y-gabriela-mw0000552855 from this server.

Looks like my IP got auto-banned for some reason, it is bizarre. I have no issues with any

Takes forever to load pages and look up artists.   The discography?  Forget about it.  Nothing. Did you have some servers go down or what? 

Today same problems.   Takes forever to search or load sometimes giving back empty pages.

Your site is going downhill, unfortunately. It's one of the best resources online but it's now burdened by shoddy design and development. 1) I'm scolded for using an adblocker, but my ad blocker is disabled in the plugin itself, and i've told Safari to disable all contact blockers. 2) Your site has a footer, but uses infinite scroll. This is basically a bad joke in the world of UX / service design. What clowns are you outsourcing to??

lately, allmusic.com website is not working in my PC. with comment "allmusic is being updated. Hold tight!!"

i heard in south korea, some IPs are blocked due to some security issues.

User red star ratings are extremely important to view in the discography list for album to album discography comparisons. They have been missing from discography pages on iOS for months now. The blue star reviews in general are less informative than the red star (with qty) user reviews. For example, an album may have user rating with of 125qty and 5 stars while having an allmusic blue star rating of 3 stars. It’s of primary importance when looking at an artists full discography to see both red and blue star reviews to get an accurate feel if the album is

When I indicate "https://allmusic.com", I receive a white screen only, for several months, only on a pc, another pc, i link. What's wrong?

Our new releases are submitted to xperi. It's been 2 years, and 2 of the releases debuted on Billboard, and yet none of the submissions from 2023 to end of 2024 have been posted to AMG. Prior to that, it took 3 years to get anything updated. What gives?

Composers that are not shown in the ALPHABETIC view do show up in the ALBUM view. How did you guys managed to do that?

What's this shit? When I last used the site in 2021, you provided real information, like the track lists of obscure albums. Now all I see is the stuff I ALREADY FSCKING KNEW, like the name of the artist and album. Exactly what value are you providing? Or to put it bluntly, WTF do you think I'm going to resubscribe for? What value am I getting for my money in 2025 (unlike in 2021)?

On March 22, 2025 I used the PayPal link provided to pay $16 in order to renew my long expired (2018, sorry) subscription. I received a receipt from PayPal acknowledging payment to Netaktion LLC, however the subscription renewal is not being acknowledged by AllMusic. I tried clearing the browser cache as recommended as well as logging out and logging back in (after successfully changing my password), however I'm still receiving a message requesting that I subscribe plus my account settings still show my subscription having expired in 2018. Thank you.

Usually I support sites I like and follow. But allmusic is stepping on my nerves so heavily with all these horroble advertisements!! You can't even read the articles without being constantly disturbed by popups. So what would you do with my money? Encrease these advertisers?? Oh no!!!!!!!!!!

Nicholas Clark (Froghat) is incorrectly listed on the credits of John Baptiste's Saturday Night as the bass player. That is a different musician with the same name.

I am doing my searches as always today but I cannot make the site work properly.  I am logged in

Most of the links on a artists page are broken.  Search for and artist and then click discography and nothing happens.  Same thing happens for all of the links on artists page. 

Reported 16:30 CST - this was working earlier in the day so is a symptom that just started today.

Can you please have a look?
