Your site is going downhill, unfortunately. It's one of the best resources online but it's now burdened by shoddy design and development. 1) I'm scolded for using an adblocker, but my ad blocker is disabled in the plugin itself, and i've told Safari to disable all contact blockers. 2) Your site has a footer, but uses infinite scroll. This is basically a bad joke in the world of UX / service design. What clowns are you outsourcing to??

Opening this new question for people to request notable albums released this year that they feel merit a review, just to help AllMusic keep track - the final decision will of course be up the editors, whom I'd like to thank in advance for their generally excellent reviews and much-appreciated efforts to keep up!

Takes forever to load pages and look up artists.   The discography?  Forget about it.  Nothing. Did you have some servers go down or what? 

Today same problems.   Takes forever to search or load sometimes giving back empty pages.

Hi, for about a week now, when I navigate to allmusic.com, I see the normal layout of allmusic but full of this message:

Error: Forbidden

Your client does not have permission to get URL /home/homepageAjax/2 from this server.

 ...

etc. If I click on any of the links, I get for example:

Error: Forbidden

Looks like my IP got auto-banned for some reason, it is bizarre. I have no issues with any

There is a CD I have found a looked up. this is the only site on the WWW that lists it. This site claims it can be streamed on Amazon Unlimited and Spotify. I have both and neither stream it. Neither can actually play it despite the fact that this site says it can.

I've been using your website for years, decades even?

At this point, the screen is covered with so many pop-up ads, it's nearly impossible to read anything on your website.  This is with an ad blocker on.  I'm simply attempting to read a review, and the bombardment of ads in my face makes it unusable.

Send me a note if you guys are going to attempt to change this, otherwise I'm done.

With only a few weeks to go before AllMusic likely releases their article regarding their favourite albums of the year, I've gathered another small list of forgotten pretenders to put forward, with consideration for a last minute review. Though the previous request didn't find any takers (feel free to check them out too) hopefully this one has a few names that will gain interest. All the albums suggested reviewed well elsewhere, gained a healthy number of user ratings and have even received at least a couple of user reviews:

• Allison Russell - The Returner
• Model/Actriz - Dogsbody
• Róisín Murphy -

Prior to your new design update a few weeks ago you could hover over an album name in the New Releases list to get some basic info about the album, namely the release date which is useful for determining if this is a new release or a reissue. This no longer works after the design update. Please bring this feature back.

It has become apparent that AllMusic is either not listing all the information entered in the excel file submitted to Xperi, or is being added to AllMusic incomplete. Specifically, all people's music credits!

Seriously, you need to switch gears, up your game and pay attention to whom you delegate the critical task of cataloging and archiving the music online!

That is, if these omissions aren't coming from the people on XPERI.

I love Allmusic and have used it for years. But lately  the pop up ads for McDonalds are completely out of control and excessive. They pop up every 5 seconds (no exaggeration). They are making your site absolutely unusable. Can you please get them under control?

My dearest friends, we have lost an absolutely critical feature. In any album overview section, we are now forced to use the gallery-grid view. This is frustrating switch because we can no longer see the year of the album or the allmusic rating. We now have to manually click each one? I've been using AMG since the early 2000's and changes like this make it seem less like a true database. We used to have the option to use Gallery View or List View. Please bring that back. 

Where are those best tracks indications?

Can you return with All Music best pics? Albums and tracks?

Your new interface no longer shows ratings when clicking on "Similar Albums."  I would appreciate if ratings were put back on.  Thank You.

Errors, logouts, ads, refresh issues, rendering, bogged down.  What are you guys doing to this thing???

Once a fantastic site for music is now unusable, pages won't load, uncontrollable intrusive loud ads. Paid for a membership a couple years back, never saw much difference. Would pay the $12 for functionality if had any confidence the site was being actively managed. There are plenty of new rock albums not even listed or reviewed. 

You cant find them under an Orgy search, blue monday search, jay gordon search, and Ryan Shuck and Amir Derakh only come up with their band Julien-K and no mention of Orgy in the former band section. Kinda odd. 

How do I stop 'staff picks' and 'recommendation' notifications, please; alas - I didn't sign up for them.

I'm using Safari 16.6 on macOS 13.5.2

If you read the last paragraph of Norman Granz on the album it clearly states that I, (ray parker jr) am playing guitar on this album even though its not in the credits which is a mistake! Could you please correct this? thx, Ray

Hi guys 

I still don't see cover art and pictures on Allmusic. The problem has been addressed many times, but nothing seems to be happening. I left the debate, when it became incredibly nerdy, and I was unable to follow and understand. I simply expect to be able to see cover art and pictures on Allmusic. I use Allmusic every day in my record store and privately.
