When I open allmusic the menu bar no longer displays my user name or the settings icon. Nor does it display the "sign up / log in" links. The "my profile" link doesn't work, and other search and sort functions don't work. I've cleared the browsing cache and restarted the computer. I can't log on or off. Any suggestions?
Very strange. Are you using an extension or add-on like uBlock Origin or some kind of Javascript blocker?
If you could send us the link that this site creates (next to the green box that says "copy") it would help us figure this out.

Thanks for your quick response. I figured out the problem. I've got a security app promoted by some financial institutions called "Rapport". As soon as I turned it off the problem went away.
Good to know. We'll add this to our list of troubleshooting tips if other users have the same problem.
