I'm a paid subscriber and should be getting better service than this I've been getting this message for months when I go to AllMusic on my computer: "AllMusic is being updated. Hold tight. Thanks!" Sometimes it works; usually, it doesn't. I DO have phone access, but I prefer reliable computer access. If this isn't fixed, I'll need to unsubscribe.

Hi Gary,

Are you using a VPN to access AllMusic on your computer? Or maybe is your ISP routing through Amazon Web Services?

We've had to implement a lot of safeguards against bots and site scrapers to block their access to AllMusic. Many of these bot farms are running on AWS servers so we've blacklisted many IP addresses from there. If you are routing through an AWS server (even without your knowledge) you might get this message.
