I have been billed twice by Allmusic, I don't have an account so would love to know what I am paying for please

Hi Kathy,

We see that you have signed up for a SideReel subscription for several years (including once on April 2nd of this year and also on April 15th). SideReel and AllMusic are run by the same parent company.

Are you requesting for us to refund one of these SideReel subscription purchases?
