Apologies.

We do see your two payments went through but for some reason they never got updated in our internal system.

We'll get this resolved and refund the second payment.

Thanks for your continued support of AllMusic.

Zac, I can't seem to find a way to create my own question/comment so replying on this thread since it seems to be related to my problem.

I might have paid for my AllMusic subscription twice. I noticed two payments of $12 to AllMusic on my Citi Card account, so I checked my email history and see two email subscription confirmations. The Transaction ID's below.

If possible please credit my account for both transactions, so I should be paid up for two years instead of one. If that's not doable please refund my second payment.

Thanks,
Jeff Gutierrez

Hi Jeff,

If you take a look at your subscription information in your user account, it should show your account is good through December 11, 2026.

Thanks for your (double) support of AllMusic.

Thanks, received the refund. Account is not active yet, but I'll wait a couple of days

Erwin

It'll likely be monday unless I can get a hold of one of our developers over the weekend.

We'll extend the subscription through the end of November 2023.

Sorry again, and thanks.

This should be all set now.

You should be able to see your updated subscription date here:

Thanks again.

Works fine now. Thank you

Great! Thx for the catch. I didn't see the year when I looked at my account and just knew my subscription was renewed. Thanks again, Zac.

Hi
