I have a paid subscription but AllMusic is not recognising it

I updated my subscription on May 16, this has not been updated in my account details. I therefore get the merrygoround of the adblocker thing. I have cleared cache and cookies numerous times and swapped bowsers, no change. Would appreciate help.

Hi Roger,

We've looked into our system (and also in our PayPal and credit card systems) and we see an older subscription for your account that expired in 2020 but nothing recent.
Do you have a receipt for your recent transaction?

Thank you for your reply, I do have PayPal receipt and credit card statement. I'll send an email as that should be easier to attach pdfs.
