For an artist who has several 4-star albums, Stomu Yamashta deserves more than a single-sentence bio.  I know that I can read album reviews, but a full biography would have a career overview that helps a newbie understand which album that I'm more likely to prefer.  An album pick would also be a nice tip to decide among his highest rated albums.

As the artist pages stand right now, I see little point in even having the biography tab when the biography is already taking up most of the page real estate to begin with. The short taglines were earnestly my favorite feature of the site - the ability to quickly learn what an artist is about without having to read the full bio was EXTREMELY valuable to me, and in building my own personal library I often added the short bio taglines as "comments" in the metadata of my MP3s, and wrote my own when none were to be found. To discover albums, I often use ratings to filter.  Occasionally, editors review an album and neglect rating it.  Lacking ratings, these reviews can't attract views from more users.  Since your business model relies on increasing views, you should try to identify which reviews still need ratings. In recent days, I've been binging on Nanci Griffith after her surprisingly premature death.  If I hadn't been dwelling on her discography, I couldn't have discovered her remix compilation.  It has a full review but is missing a rating.  Although the review would not have been highly rated, the rarity of a folk remix still

Please add record label as a field in Advanced Search. For most record labels, browsing returns too many results without filtering capability.  For example, Cleopatra has been credited as a record label on thousands of albums. (About a quarter of its albums are tributes, and many have an interesting twist because they're recorded in a musical style different from the tributee's style.)

Used to use this site all the time. It's been years since I logged in since a lot of sites offer similar functionality now. Was really hoping the calendar had a filter by genre option. It doesn't so it'll probably be years till I login again but would definitely use that feature if it were an option.

Please, add a play on Spotify link to all albums and reviews in email and on your website. If possible, add an option to add the album to a play later play list. That would be totally cool and I would subscribe to a paid subscription if that would be an exclusive feature. Ad free is not that important to me. I either ignore the ads or use an ad blocker. Add some cool value to the subscription.

Allmusic has duplicate albums, which I don't report if only one has an editor rating/review.  But since Bucky Pizzarelli's collaborative album with Doug Jernigan was selected as an album pick within the latter artist's discography, these should be merged.

My 10 song album is listed under my name, but it doesn't appear in the credits of the rest of the team. How do we give them credit too for their work?  Their names along with the producer were in the spreadsheet that was submitted. And how do I capitalize the "F" in my last name DeFoy? Not Mike Defoy?

I have subscribed for a number of years. Now all of a sudden Allmusic slams me with an adblock notice BEFORE I can login, thus making the process a pain. How about you hold the adblock page for 30 seconds so people like me can peacefully log in?

I came to this site because I wanted to see who played what instruments on a song ("Ride Your Pony" performed/sung by Lee Dorsey, written by Allen Toussaint, aka Naomi Neville). Unfortunately no one other than the composer and singer was mentioned. I'm sure that some of this information is hard or impossible to determine for certain songs, but certainly you could do better than this, no?

I'm 3000 characters is insufficient here, and I ask you to please consider extending the length of reviews. If you want to be a destination for people to learn, be inspired, and buy, this is a way to do that.

Please allow users to give feedback on the relevancy of metadata (e.g. genre, style).  By doing so, you can identify which metadata is irrelevant and which are more relevant.  Metadata with more relevance, as agreed by most users, will improve the relevancy of your recommenders and Advanced Search's results.  Thanks.

I noticed that you guys have not reviewed the new spanish EP by Selena Gomez called “Revelación”. I was wondering if any of your reviewers would be happy to review the lovely 7 track EP! Thank you!

Some artists I love and follow desperately needs some AllMusic love: e.g. IAMX : there is no reason this awesome goth synthpop artist shouldn't get an AllMusic review for each studio album. RPWL: this acclaimed prog rock Pink Floyd spinoff band is putting out excellent albums, but very few AllMusic reviews for some reason.  Pineapple Thief: Another popular prog rock group that deserves a review for all their studio albums...  Hooverphonic: admittedly, this Belgium trip hop trio lost quite a bit of followers when they went the pop route, but their albums still deserve to be reviewed.

It is disappointing to see that All Music engages in censorship.

In response to the review of Ryan Adams new album in which the reviewer didn't actually discuss the merits of the record but instead focused on the controversy surrounding the artist, I wrote the following:

”Well, that is an embarrassing non-review by All Music. I get it: Ryan Adams is a creep. But you know what? Many if not most artists are creeps. Is All Music going to go back and down review records put out by Jerry Lee Lewis? Led Zepplin? Phil Spector?

When reviewers decide to review a release, they should take a look at the initial release's review (if any).  For example, Dryden's review of the release could have easily bracketed his last two sentences to refer to the bonus disc.  If he did so, then his extended review could have replaced the initial release's blurb by Vinopal.

Hello there. Love your site and use it religiously. However, i think at may be in your best interests to completely refresh your website. Key improvements could facilitate and increase traffic and make it just a more user friendly intuitive experience. Maybe not in the budget but i reckon it would pay for itself. 

I wish that users can give feedback about whether a staff review is helpful or unhelpful.  If many users find a staff review is unhelpful, then those (e.g. blurbs) that should either be deleted or rewritten can be identified.  Staff reviewers will also improve their own writing based on feedback.
