Pages repeatedly "jump" down to the ad when a new one loads...

I liked a similar "problem" but that was reported a year ago and this is a new problem for me... Reading any page is interrupted when a new ad is loaded at the bottom of the page. When this happens you have to scroll back up to where your were reading. Until it happens again. I was reading the review of The Who's super duper deluxe edition of "...Sell Out". It has SIX discs, so every time the page jumped I had to scroll up past the track listings for ALL SIX DISCS!!! This is miserable and not an issue on any other advertiser supported web site that I visit. Why not offer a paid AD FREE version of the site?
