Many singles' release year not properly registering in Advanced Search, can't find them when filtering by Year...

... probably because the year isn't showing up next to their name in their discography, only when you click it and go to Releases. This is bothersome for me since I use this site to discover new music that was released in a certain year, but many are missing when you search it that way, especially singles. Some artists release singles without albums in a certain year, and so many are missing in the Advanced Search. Here's what I'm talking about:

All of these singles by RHCP have no release year next to their names' at first glance, but can be viewed when you click the link and navigate to the Releases page.

Conversely, none of them show up in Advanced Search. For example the single Go Robot, isn't present when you look up their releases from 2016...

Please fix this. You guys got one of the biggest catalogs of all sorts of releases, IMO bigger than RYM and Discogs, but it's so hard to search them in this way. I would like to sit down and find songs from whatever year I feel, and look them up on YouTube. I hope you understand. Thank you.

I hear you.

The real issue is that if we don't have the metadata indicating which year a single (or any album) came out, we can't surface it when we ask "Give me RCHP releases from 2016."

In this instance, the advanced search is operating properly with the data it has available. Since we don't know when Go Robot came out, we can't find it when you ask for singles from a certain year.

If we do have the release date information (like these three from 2006), the singles come back fine:

Ideally we'd have complete "Original Release Date" info for all of the millions of entries in the database but in many instances (especially for things like singles) we don't have access to that info, and our data team unfortunately doesn't have the staffing to go back and retroactively research and set the dates for them.

Damn, that sucks. Oh well. Can you at least separate the labels' and other large discographies into pages of say, 50 results? I decided just to go in and check one by one the years of those singles, but it's cumbersome to have to scroll down and the page keeps refreshing every time I switch tabs or apps.
