Allmusic won't let me sort my album ratings. It defaults to "Newest first", but if I change the sort to any of the other options in the dropdown menu (such as "Highest rating", which is the one I want) all my ratings immediately disappear.
I'm using Chrome on a laptop and this issue happens with or without my adblocker.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the view you are seeing without the ratings displaying?

I already cleared my cache and that didn't fix the problem. Just then I did a hard reset of Chrome the way it says to in the second link you provided, and it still hasn't fixed it. The ratings disappear
We've recently made some changes to the My Collection feature and it sounds like your browser is holding onto some old code.
Can you clear your browser cache and see if this is resolved?
