Thanks Jose.

Do you believe it is this same Paulo Massadas?

Paulo Massadas debuted as a professional bassist in the mid-'60s in groups led by Lafayette and Lincoln Olivetti. In the '80s, he became highly famous throughout the country for songs written with Michael Sullivan, such as "Um Dia de Domingo" and "Transas e Caretas." The first hit by the duo was "Me Dê Motivo," launched by Tim Maia in 1983. In the same year, Massadas had success with "Meu Ursinho Blau-Blau" (with Sérgio Diamante), which was recorded by Absyntho and sold 350,000 copies. In 1985, Sullivan and Massadas wrote "Nem Morta," recorded with success by Alcione; and "Whisky A Go Go," another hit, recorded by Roupa Nova. The soap opera Um Sonho a Mais had its title taken from the song's lyrics and featured the song as its opening theme.
