Mid-year best so far?

Please consider having a middle of the year "best of 202# so far...". Wouldn't need to be as extensive as the year end review, maybe a handful of albums from each of your critics. It would be a nice way to catch up with albums you highly recommend that people may have overlooked rather than wait 'til the end of the year. thanks.

It would be a cool feature if the editors can find the time.

In the meantime you might want to take a look at our Advanced Search and look for albums released in 2023 that have a high rating.

Yes, I use that feature all the time. I was thinking more like a curated list from your music writers. If you don't have the time then that's that.
