I just paid the $12, and not only is your site still not recognizing me as a paid subscriber, but I've now read numerous tales of people who still see ads even after having paid. I love your site and will pay for it when it's functioning properly, but for now it seems like I wasted my money at best and was scammed at worst.

Can you please remove the album "Blessed Betrayal" from AllMusic.com? I released this in 2002 through The Orchard and it was taken down from all outlets in 2012 at my request. AllMusic.com is the only remaining place where the music can be found. Please let me know what I can do to help complete this request. Thank you.

When I open allmusic the menu bar no longer displays my user name or the settings icon. Nor does it display the "sign up / log in" links. The "my profile" link doesn't work, and other search and sort functions don't work. I've cleared the browsing cache and restarted the computer. I can't log on or off. Any suggestions?

The first 6 albums have a user rating of half a star. While the Allmusic rating is 5 stars for all six. Clearly there is something awry. I can not believe all the users gave such low ratings. Please fix this.

Hello! The album "Which Dreamed It?" (producer Peter Henderson) should be attributed to the band Three Merry Widows but is instead attributed to Thee Merry Widows. All other references to that album, or the producer's discography, might also be incorrect. This was recently brought to our attention because the band, working with the original producer, has a number of projects being released or re-released right now. How can I get my content taken down?

Because an artist can have multiple backing bands (and both can change their names), I expect an artist's solo discography to include albums that also bill the artist's backing bands.  For most artists, Allmusic does a pretty good job pulling in albums that are billed to the artist and a backing band.  (For a few artists, Allmusic errors on the side of inclusion by pulling in albums that aren't billed to the artist as their primary artist but instead "feature" the artist as their guest.)

I searched for "Big Bad Bill (Is Sweet William Now)", but why do the song results omit Van Halen's version that was composed by Milton Ager and Jack Yellen?

Since Advanced Search can't sort results by artist, my workaround is to copy-and-paste results into MS Excel.  But your results formatting doesn't paste well because they aren't in single rows.  So each artist occupies a merged cell of two rows, which prevents Excel from sorting.

Updates are Needed badly. Is anyone at home at all music?
