Images are not loading on your mobile site including artist profiles and album artwork. I'm a paid subscriber and have tested it on multiple 3 browsers and 2 devices. Can you fix it? thanks.

Allmusic website doesn't show album ratings of both allmusic and user ratings.

My credits are in the wrong profile,

Apparently, there are two 'Andres Guerrero', all of my credits are under Andres Guerrero 'RUIZ' which is not my second last name. All of my credits are submitted as Andres Guerrero only. These are my credits (that should be under a different profile) :

"Bridges" & "S'il Suffisait D'Aimer" by Josh Groban; [Mixing Engineer]

"Colateral", "Lateral", "Mentira", "Fuera de Mi" & "Aquí" by Beto Cuevas; [Mixing Engineer, Recording, Engineer]

"Piel Adentro, Corazón Afuera" by Fahed Mitre; [Engineer]

"Mas de Mi" by Tony Succar; [Mixing Engineer]

Can you please help me separate this, or let

I’ve noticed that whenever I view my AllMusic recommendations, it only shows mostly jazz albums and a handful of classic rock. I do listen to these genres, but I also listen to a lot of other music, such as modern pop, country, R&B, rock, metal, and much more. Is the recommendations feature still being improved, or is there something I need to do in order to receive more accurate recommendations? Thanks!

You popups or whatever else you have going on is causing my browser to freeze up. I'm a public radio dj and use AllMusic for info for my show. But I don't have the time for this nonsense.

For artist George Saccal, the song "The Good Lord Loves You" is on Starmaker One Music Group for the "record label", not "Epochal". The other song listed is accurate. Please update with the proper record label for that one song only. Thank you!

Allmusic does not work properly on my Andriod phone. It returns a http error-400. It does not switch to some detail pages.

The message is that I have to contact the site owner. Attached is a screenshot from the issue (Dutch).

I've subscribed here for many years, to lend support and and so I avoid ads. Lately every time I use the site I get a pop-up with:

"AllMusic would like to send you notifications about albums and artists you might be interested in. (these can be turned off anytime from browser settings)" Followed by two options, dismiss or allow. I am a big fan of your 'Influences' section, but I must say I am quite annoyed by how they are dealt with for quite a few more recent artists. To give just one example, Yungblud's influences list five artists, among which are Bob Dylan and The Beatles. Did he mention those in some or other interview? That's quite possible, and arguably, every musician today has been influenced by those artists. I still don't see cover art and pictures on Allmusic. The problem has been addressed many times, but nothing seems to be happening. I left the debate, when it became incredibly nerdy, and I was unable to follow and understand. I simply expect to be able to see cover art and pictures on Allmusic. I use Allmusic every day in my record store and privately.

If you read the last paragraph of Norman Granz on the album it clearly states that I, (ray parker jr) am playing guitar on this album even though its not in the credits which is a mistake! Could you please correct this? thx, Ray

Once a fantastic site for music is now unusable, pages won't load, uncontrollable intrusive loud ads. Paid for a membership a couple years back, never saw much difference. Would pay the $12 for functionality if had any confidence the site was being actively managed. There are plenty of new rock albums not even listed or reviewed. 

Errors, logouts, ads, refresh issues, rendering, bogged down.  What are you guys doing to this thing???

I love Allmusic and have used it for years. But lately  the pop up ads for McDonalds are completely out of control and excessive. They pop up every 5 seconds (no exaggeration). They are making your site absolutely unusable. Can you please get them under control?

It has become apparent that AllMusic is either not listing all the information entered in the excel file submitted to Xperi, or is being added to AllMusic incomplete. Specifically, all people's music credits!

Seriously, you need to switch gears, up your game and pay attention to whom you delegate the critical task of cataloging and archiving the music online!

That is, if these omissions aren't coming from the people on XPERI.

Prior to your new design update a few weeks ago you could hover over an album name in the New Releases list to get some basic info about the album, namely the release date which is useful for determining if this is a new release or a reissue. This no longer works after the design update. Please bring this feature back.
