I signed up for an account on AllMusic.com, performed a search, saw a link to the artist I was interested in and was redirected to Amazon Music. This is just sick. This site used to be helpful. Now it is crap.

I updated my subscription on May 16, this has not been updated in my account details. I therefore get the merrygoround of the adblocker thing. I have cleared cache and cookies numerous times and swapped bowsers, no change. Would appreciate help.

ALL FEATURED NEW RELEASES button doesn't work, opening screen shows only the same top albums

I can't log in using Facebook login. Don't know what is the problem. Hasn't worked for months.

I got approached a lot by scammers lately via mobile texts that claim to work for AllMusic, and they all say they offer remote jobs. They end up insisting users to go on WhatsApp and to make an account on a fake AllMusic website, where they then tell the users that they can they get paid by rating albums. Eventually it leads to a conversation about transferring the fake earned money from that website into cryptocurrency, which I'm positive leads to some method of phishing users out of their actual accounts. They had many AllMusic training groups on WhatsApp

Please I don't have any agreement with Big masterz music distributor and either know who they are but I have seen here my full album distributed please I own full copyright to my music and i want immediate removal of my content

The Recording Types filter is not persisting after using the Browser back button.

Steps to recreate

1. Create an advanced filter using the recording types (Main Albums)
   • Here is a common filter I use
     • Genre & Style
     • AllMusic Rating
     • Recording Type
     • Album Moods
     • Album Themes
2. Execute the search
3. Click on an album from the search results
4. Scroll down on the Album results page (I often do this when I am looking for something specific in the result) I also use the browser find in page feature to try and locate a key word on the page
5. Click the Browser back button

Ironiclally on the very day I renew my Allmusic subscripton, I learn you've laid of Stephen Thomas Erlewine. The site has less coverage of new music than ever before and barely limps along in functionality. Thankfully, there are still places like Acclaimed Music forums that are actually interested in serving their audience. I doubt this site lasts the length of my subscription, and am not sure I'll care if it doesn't. (Also, funny enough, I haven't had to work this hard to leave a comment since the internet was dial-up.)

Problem with Windows OS and mobile devices running Android and Apple IOS

When click through to Amazon Music it opens the app on my phone as expected. Sometimes it tells me that I do not have the rights to play that particular LP. I have an unlimited account on Amazon Music. If I search for the same LP directly in the Amazon Music app I can play it with no issue. Also when I click through from allmusic it plays in HD but never Ultra HD. It is almost as if the click-through to Amazon music is not using my credentials even though it clocks through to the app that I am

Looks like the servers are out of sync.

Links are not returning any  results.

Click on  staff picks and nothing is returned.

Search for an artists and click on a results link - nothing is  returned

In the biography of John Miles it says he was born in county "Tyne and Ware" but it's "Tyne and Wear". When you click on the words it is linked to other artists with the same birth place (also spelled incorrectly). Please correct this.
