Advanced Search - Sort by Artist
Is there any chance of implementing a toggle to the artist name column, in the advanced search? Having the ability to order between artists alphabetically or reverse-alphabetically would be very helpful. It seems odd that the other three columns have this feature but this one doesn't.

willing to have fewer bios for more reviews
I've praised Allmusic's bios when my expectations have been surpassed. But frankly, most bios are like encyclopedic overviews that copy info from the discography into narrative form. Rarely do bios go deeper by including a critical perspective of the artist's career development within the historical context of popular music.
So to me, the most valuable sections of a bio are its "member of" and "collaborated with" sections because these sections help me to explore the artist's other projects. As long as these sections are kept updated, then I'd be willing to not expect that the narrative bio be updated or

JC Burris
JC and I were friends in San Francisco when we lived in the same apartment building on Fillmore St. I have some cassette tapes that I recorded of him talking about his life. I am trying to find somewhere to donate these to so that they can be preserved. Do you have any suggestions for a place that would want them?

Editorial Group Request - The Top Albums of 2018 & 2019
At the end of 2019, AllMusic rolled-out a wonderful article that celebrated their favourite albums of the 2010s. To commemorate them, dozens of albums were updated to a full five-star rating. There was an exception; selected albums had to be at least two years old at the time of publication. With that in mind, I have two requests for the editoral team:
- It's been more than two years since that article was published. Would the editorial team consider revisiting those albums from 2018 & 2019 that were previously ineligible for a five-star rating and award it to those they

Archival featured new releases
Please consider including more archival releases among your Features New Release each week. It seems like so far in 2022 there haven't been many covered as in 2021 and before. Are there simply not as many this year worth mentioning or reviewing?

You should consider the newcomer band De Breacks as supporting act in germany/europe
These kids presented themselves recently at The Voice Kids germany, burning down the house with an up tempo cover version of "Holiday".

request to review collaboration
Unfortunately for me and despite their historical significance, I can guess your reason for passing on many new releases that interest me. I can even guess why you're passing on a new release that features many guests dueting with an artist who you've consistently reviewed. But I can't figure out why you're not reviewing a new debut that births a supergroup.
Two leaders of different genres collaborate on this new release. Spinning-off a new supergroup on an indie label without major distribution though, this collaboration involving their favorite group may be unknown even to fans.

Include the possibility to filter the albums in your collection in the advanced search
It would be nice to be able to filter the albums already in our collection in the advanced search, as Rate Your Music does.

How about finally doing a complete entry on Mike Gibbs? The simplest way of doing this would be to combine your entries on "Mike Gibbs" and "Michael Gibbs," because they are the same person. After that correction, there could be decent entries on at least
Jazz in Britain recently released Mike Gibbs, Revisiting Tanglewood 63: The Early Tapes. It's a reminder of the significance of Gibbs, especially of his coming of age in the Sixties cauldron along with John Dankworth, Graham Collier, Sadao Watanabe, Gabor Szabo, Gary Burton, and Duško Gojković. Admittedly, this is about jazz — yes, lower on the financial totem pole than pop and hip hop and rock — and, admittedly, it's about British jazz. But still!

album review request
I'm surprised that your editors didn't review Anaïs Mitchell's new album. Critics from most music publications have chosen to review it. Unlike Allmusic, they also reviewed her last album of originals from a decade ago.
After a decade, she has something original to say on record again. When a singer-songwriter self-titles an eponymous album, I always regard it as a personal statement. Even among fellow Grammy winners, she stands out for having won a Tony Award too.

Primary Artist on various artist albums that aren't compilations
In Meat Loaf's credits, I can filter for "Primary Artist". Among the Primary Artist's credits in the Various Artist recording type, I'd like a way to differentiate between recording types Main Albums and Compilations. (Main Albums are original recordings, and Compilations compile previously released recordings.) If I can do so, then I can more easily find Meat Loaf's original recordings on Main Albums not under his discography (for example, The Inter Galactic Touring Band).

For your Year in Review (albums of the year)
it would be really nice if there was an audio player embedded on each page so I can listen to a preview of each artist. It can be time consuming to go through each album page or look the artist up online on another site and then preview. It would be nice if an embedded player into each page gave a preview of at least a couple of songs from the record posted.

add "tributee" to credits for tribute albums
Allmusic doesn't have a Recording Type for tribute albums, which are entire albums that are dedicated to another artist. Even though they may be officially named in the liner notes as only a composer, I suggest adding the tributee role in the album's credits. Doing so would be a workaround when searching for tribute albums. Thanks.

collaboration recording type
I usually find collaboration records to be interesting. So I'm suggesting collaborations as a Recording Type. If the Recording Type doesn't already exist, then collaborations can be identified when credits include more than one Primary Artist. Thanks.

deserves full biography
For an artist who has several 4-star albums, Stomu Yamashta deserves more than a single-sentence bio. I know that I can read album reviews, but a full biography would have a career overview that helps a newbie understand which album that I'm more likely to prefer. An album pick would also be a nice tip to decide among his highest rated albums.
