We have not done anything recently to our samples playback library.
Samples in Opera 72.0.3815.320 seem to work in Windows 10.
It looks like Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7 on January 14, 2020 so maybe they have stopped making sure the newer versions of Opera are compatible with their product?
