Continuous "AllMusic is being updated. Hold tight." notice in Mac browsers, not iPhone.
I'm a paid subscriber, but I've been shut out of Allmusic for weeks with the above message. Is my IP address blocked? Please advise. Thanks.

Please contact us at support (at) allmusic (dot) com and send over your IP address via email.
You should be able to get your IP address at this site: https://www.whatsmyip.org/
Also can you please go to this page and email us the URL it creates for you (next to the green button that says "Copy"). https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/
We can take a look.
