"this page isn't working"

Since a few weeks now, I type in a name or band and I immediately get the same notification over and over: "this page isn't working. If the problem continues, contact the the site ower. HTTP error 440".    I'm doing this now finally. PLEASE FIX this problem!  Allmusic used to be the best site on the net for music but since it allowed an overflow of adds (and other commercial BS), it's hardly useable anymore. Please be a bit more user friendly...

We're not able to replicate this issue but maybe we can get more info from you on this topic to help troubleshoot.

Can you please give us more detail?

1. Do you also get this error if you access AllMusic on a mobile phone?

2. Where are you located in the world?

3. Do these errors happen every time? Or is it intermittent?

4. Can you please go to this page and send us the URL it creates for you (next to the green button that says "Copy")
 
We'd love to solve this for you and anyone else having this same issue.
