Reporting a problem with may own profile/discography

Hello. My name is Heshima Moja. I am reaching out because I am consistently encountering a problem with my OWN discography on your page/my profile page. It is my understanding that releases should automatically appear when I release new music. As well, I should be seeing credits from work I have done with other artists. I have reach out out several times and get NO response from your pages admins. How do I rectify this problem? Why is there NO way for me to upload my own material or to fix these problems?

Last year this cost me my entry into the recording academy. I am once again confronted with this problem. I have taken down my page and redone it several ties to no avail. I payed for a membership but have received zero benefit. I really need somebody to actually respond to me. I don't want to talk to a chat bot.
