Cannot access site on Firefox

I have a membership but when I try to navigate to the site it's just a blank page, no way to view or login.  The page is visible with the Vivaldi browser but I prefer to use Firefox.

This just began today.

Very strange.

Can you try to clear your cookies and browser cache? And maybe do a hard refresh of the page?

I experience the same issue with 4 browsers - Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Brave. It's inconsistent, sometimes it loads, most other times it doesn't. Simply blank page and no message. I am a paid subscriber, but few days prior started getting prompts for payments even when logged in, but that's not such serious problem, however blank page is.

Ok, this problem is starting to grow. While allmusic.com home page opens for me, many links don't work (simply blank page opens). Here are some examples:

Checked it again in 4 browsers - Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Brave
I'm using allmusic.com on a daily basis and am paid subsriber. I wouldn't mind if the subscription would be double as long as I have access, although I'm sure this is not a financial issue. The thing is by logic I assume something changed on your end because I haven't done any changes on mine. Please help.

1. Can you go to this page and send us the URL it creates for you (next to the green button that says "Copy")

2. Can you also let us know where you are located?

3. Do you use a VPN to access AllMusic?

4. Can you access AllMusic on your mobile device? On your phone via wi-fi? On your phone via your cell network?

5. Can you try to clear your cookies and browser cache? And maybe do a hard refresh of the page?

I discovered the issue to be with Adblock Plus however still puzzled why because there were no recent changes. Anyway with Adblock Plus disabled the site seems to work fine.

Yep, turned it off and that worked.  Problem is now I have to stay logged in or log in over and over again to avoid the ads.  I'm one of those privacy minded folks who constantly clears all cookies throughout the day.  Kind of a coarse metaphor but I think of it like flushing the toilet to keep it from being clogged with sh**.

I don't blame you for being security-minded.

The only way we have to know whether or not you are logged in (and subscribed) is by setting a cookie.
If the cookies get (ahem) flushed, you come in as any other user and we don't know to treat you as a subscriber.

it doesn't load any ads and should display (even if you have ABP running).
