still seeing ads but I have a paid subscription

I appreciate the forum but I'd appreciate a direct response from someone at All Music directly.

Hi Miyan,
We've looked in our system and your subscription should be in place.

Sometimes if you revisit a page you were on before subscribing, the previous ads may still rear their ugly heads.

A few questions:

1. Are you seeing ads on every page?
Or are you seeing ads on pages that you may have previously visited before you logged in?
 
2. If you visit this page, what information does it tell you?
 
If you are seeing ads on previously visited pages, clearing your cache should remove the ads.
