still seeing ads but I have a paid subscription
I appreciate the forum but I'd appreciate a direct response from someone at All Music directly.

I'm not having any luck with Chrome on PC or my phone still.
I started up Edge on my PC , which I've never used before and wouldn't have any cache, and am seeing the ads also after logging in. I think at this point it's not worth it and I'd like to get my money back, please let me know how to get that started.
Please send us an email at support (at) allmusic (dot) com and please let us know the email address you used to subscribe to AllMusic.
Thanks, Zac for the quick response!
Hi Miyan,
We've looked in our system and your subscription should be in place.
Sometimes if you revisit a page you were on before subscribing, the previous ads may still rear their ugly heads.
A few questions:
I've just subscribed, but am still seeing ads on Chrome on my android phone and PC. Most notably the front page is showing me ads for cars, new homes, and asking for me to subscribe.
Things seem to be working fine on Chrome on my Mac.
I've:
Exited the allmusic website
Fully cleared Chrome's cache, cookies and all data
Gone back to allmusic and logged in
logged out and logged back in again
...and am still seeing ads.
Searching up some bands and going to their pages doesn't seem to show ads other than the obnoxious huge 'asking for your help' banner up top.
Going here shows my subscription is active:
https://www.allmusic.com/user/profile#subscriptionSection
I do not see ads on this page:
https://www.allmusic.com/artist/test-mn0000751057
This is exactly why I stopped subscribing several years back. What is the solution to this - and if there's no immediate solution, how do I get my money back.
Hey Nick,
Sorry this is happening.
We've made some tweaks to the banner at the top so now hopefully it will be behaving properly.
Since browser cache can be really persistent (especially in Chrome and especially on a PC), the browser will sometimes serve up the same stored page code to you on a page you've visited previously.
Clearing cache usually helps, but a hard refresh of the page (CTRL + F5, or hold down Ctrl and click the reload button in your browser) usually calls new code for that page and replaced the cached page code.
Please take a look today and hopefully the fixes we put in place are helpful.
Let us know if you are still seeing issues.
