possibilities to change your business model

(I've always thought that your business model's fatal flaw is its singular dependence on a data vendor.)  At least for content, would you consider adding content sources?  If you don't want to directly hire freelancing editors to supplement your data vendor's content, then you can syndicate content from other music publishers.  Otherwise, your growth is constrained by an independent business over which you have no influence.

"Music publishers" = publishers of music publications.

We don't have the staffing or bandwidth to implement other data sources at this time.

Regardless of your current resources, business planning is critical in case something unfortunate happens to the data source on which your business model is completely reliant.  Since Metacritic seems to have mothballed its music section, there's also an opening for an aggregator to aggregate content from other music publications.
