haven't received my album

I ordered the Brother Love album on 9/3/20 and it arrived at our post office on 9/9/20.   The postmaster said it had the wrong box address and was delivered to someone else.    I gave your customer service person my correct address and repeated it several times but she said an order couldn't be changed after it was started.   I know my own address.   I did not give it to her wrong.  She transposed the numbers.   I still haven't received my album and the post office is trying to get it back or in contact with the person it delivered to.   I don't think this is fair.    I should get my album or get a refund.   Please respond.   My confirmation #111564316.   Thank you.

We don't actually sell any music on our site.
We offer links where possible to places like Amazon where you can order music.

I'm not sure who you talked to but we don't have a customer service person who could have taken your information.

Did you order it from a different site?

It was ordered over the phone from 800-713-3773. Actually, I am checking on this for my parents.
