Allmusic paid to remove advertising, but nothing changed
Today I changed from free to paid subscription on Allmusic. But nothing changed. Still advertising and looking in my account doesn't show I'm a paying member. What to do?

As of Sunday we have still not received payment from you.
When it comes through you will receive an email that looks like this:

We work with a company called Stripe https://stripe.com/ to process credit card payments and they usually accept all kinds of payment methods. I am not sure what the issue is here, but we have been able to process other credit card (as well as PayPal) payments from other users.

I paid with ideal, but the next day there was a message:
Uw betaling op 15 september 2023 aan Netaktion LLC kon niet worden voltooid
So payment was not succesfull and they will pay me back.
There is no explanation why payment was not succesfull
Don't know how I can make the payment another way.
Another question: I want lists of all albums from an artist as a printed list. I can see them on my screen, but the print are not 100%. Sometimes the last line of a page isn't printed. So I miss an album then. Will that be better with a paid account?

Strange that the payment never went through. Possibly try again or use a different payment method?
To answer your other question, subscribing to AllMusic removes the ads and speeds up the site significantly, but doesn't change how pages would print out on a printer.

We looked in our PayPal and credit card services and we don't see a payment from you.
Did you get a notification from AllMusic or your credit card company/PayPal that this transaction went through?
