Font size and accessibility for visual impairment

When I change the size of the font via the accessibility setting on my browser it affects some portions of the page but not others. For example, the short bio at the top and hotlinks at the bottom may be larger but the font in the drop-down menus is not always affected. In the attached screenshot you can see the text under the "Song Themes" drop-down is significantly smaller than that of the permanent menu hotlinks below. This function helps make it much easier for me to use your site (which I use often and enjoy and is one of the few things on the internet I voluntarily pay for 👍😁) So pretty please, with sugar on top, help me out here.
