How difficult would it be to develop webpages for record labels that would be similar to the genre webpages with a small history provided of said record label and access to a list of all albums they’ve released that can be sorted by rating? I’d gladly settle for the sortable album/record label list.

We do have a little bit of this information on our Label pages if you search for a label name and then filter on the Search Result Type "Labels":

Or by clicking on the name of the label in an artist's discography:
This takes you to a page where it lists the albums on that label which are sortable by release year:

To your point, it doesn't have an overview of the label's history, or the ratings for each album, but it's a good suggestion.
