2010s Album Review Request

Would anyone be willing to forward on another request? A few months ago, it was mentioned in a thread (see the Billie Eilish request) that the editorial team may consider review requests for albums with a large number of ratings and user reviews, regardless of their release date. Big Mistake! I've been slowly compiling a list of albums from the last decade that were never reviewed. Nearly all of them have over 100 user ratings and most have at least a couple of user reviews:

Before you gasp at the nerve of a request for so many reviews, be assured that I don't expect for all or even most of these to be reviewed. I'd just be grateful if your editors manage to review just a few of them during the quiet post-New Years release period.

In any case, keep up the top work! I really enjoy reading your team's reviews and am looking forward to what they have to say about all the big releases in the year ahead. Thank you!

The band Nothing But Thieves also has two albums from the 2010s with over 100 user ratings that were never rated by AllMusic. Would be great if someone would still want to dig in!

Thanks in advance!

Seems like one of those albums - their self-titled debut already has a review and just needs a rating. You may want to notify the mods about that in this thread.

Head's up: A rating has been added to their self-titled debut.

Thanks Matski!

Out of curiosity, are the reviews for Brockhampton, Grouper, Hotelier, Power Trip, Ought, Everything Everything and Yves Tumor still in the pipeline? Wouldn't be too surprised if that's no longer the case. As I've mentioned before, the response to this request was far beyond what I had initially expected. So I'm in no way disappointed if the editors have moved on from it.

Woah, that's excellent news! I was expecting only two or three reviews (if any) at most. Really looking forward to reading all of those writeups. Hopefully your reviewers enjoy (re)visiting those albums too.

Top work as usual, Zac.

Honestly, you've guided us correctly in the past and brought to our attention some gems that ended up on our Year in Review lists.

Appreciated.

Like previous review requests, these albums have generally been well-received in other outlets. Many albums on this list have been named in various 'End of Year' or 'End of Decade' lists. So there's a likelihood that your editors will enjoy them too. And if your reviewers don't enjoy them, at least it'll make for an interesting read.

Still, thanks for the compliment. It's good to know these requests have been helpful and hopefully not too overbearing or overly-demanding.

From the editors: "We will cover Mitski, Brockhampton, Chance, Grouper, Hotelier, Power Trip, Ought, Everything Everything, 100 Gecs, Jonathan Wilson, Mbongwana, Yves Tumor, Yob, and Caretaker in the coming weeks."

Thanks for the research and your suggestions.

So that seems to be it! It's been over a month since a review was last uploaded in response to this request. Special thanks to the following writers:

It didn't go unnoticed that Paul Simpson also reviewed The Caretaker's "Everywhere at the End of Time" (Stages 1-3 and Stages 4-6) - a gargantuan project that runs nearly 400 minutes long. That was completely unexpected and highly appreciated!
