Logging in to SideReel & Episodes don’t stay marked as seen

Have been with SideReel for years. Had similar probs like this one in May 2015. Went thru this last transition as well with all the changes. 
Now it seems SideReel is deStabilized again.

Logging in Doesn’t hold or if get Tracker it doesn’t hold Episodes as watched, etc.

is there a problem with the site I. Not aware of..???

We did indeed have some issues with our system overnight be we have fixed it this morning.
