When I sign into your website, I'm automatically signed into Spot.im. So your website should be a SSO site, which is supposed to automatically transfer my account information. But why don't my profile's username and Gravatar transfer from your website to my profile with Spot.im? Spot.im won't let me edit anything in my profile. Thanks.
We'll take a look at this if we can.
Some of it may have to do with the fact that we don't host user images on AllMusic, we rely on the Gravatar and/or Facebook profile pictures users choose to use. It may be an extra step that doesn't play nice with OpenWeb's system.
I created an account on IGN who also uses OpenWeb and is an SSO site. I can upload a profile image to my IGN account but it doesn't reflect in the OpenWeb comments.
When I try to update the avatar via the OpenWeb settings it does not allow it there either.
This may be more of a global bug with OpenWeb.
