My tracker is showing every show whether watched or not, all my ratings have gone, I can no longer hide watched shows, and my name no longer appears at the top of my tracker page so I can not log in or out!!!

I have done everything you suggested and the same problem still exists on Google Chrome.
I opened the site in Google Chrome Canary and it works the way it should, so not sure why G
Google Chrome is suddenly not responding the way it should with your site.

I also use Windows 10 and Chrome version 88.0.4324.190 on SideReel but am not seeing the same issue.
We see from the link you sent that it looks like you have an adblocker on.

This kind of thing can cause the browser to not load the page properly. Could you maybe disable that and see if the page functions as expected?
Maybe take a look at your extensions to see if something in there might be blocking page functionality: chrome://extensions/
Another thing to check is to make sure you have cookies enabled
chrome://settings/cookies
