Spencer Williams biography issues.

While the information posted on Spencer Williams is what has been widely reported since the 1950s or so, some is inaccurate, due to misinformation from Williams himself. For my continuing series of biographies I did a very deep dive into Spencer going into government and other records and managed to realign his life into something a bit more accurate, including his real birthplace and relationship to Lulu White.
