Is there a way to download/view all my account data?

If there's no single button/access point to download, is there at least a page on which I can see all my watched episodes in a table or list format? I've marked episodes as watched on shows that I don't follow in entirely and thus don't track, and I'm looking for any path to retrieve that data that I know is linked to my account... just not sure how or where to find my way to it.

I do see an existing post with the same question, though I'm hopeful that that answer might be outdated now that it's 3 years old.

In your account area, we've enabled a way for users to request a download of their user-submitted data. Check the boxes you would like to download, and in a little while you'll receive an email to the email we have on file (you can double-check or update the email address here: https://www.sidereel.com/user/profile) with a ZIP file of your historical data.
