fields in artist correction form

If I want to add/correct "member of" info, should I use the Biographical Information field?  The form doesn't have any field to add genre/style.

If I want to report a name listing is a misspelling or duplicate of another artist, which field should I use?  There's no unique identifier to refer to a specific artist listing (when there are multiple listings of the same name)?

I think these items could be added to "Biographical Information." 

These entries get sent into Xperi's data team so as long as the info is clearly indicated and spelled out, it doesn't *really* make a huge difference if info is in one field or another.
