Three entries for a CD issue, one time a digital one. It is always the same recording. Initally the CD is an Japanese only release and had been re-issued two times after, again in Japan only. It has been re-released as a digital stream one obviously in 2025, but the date I don't know exactly.

yes, that's right. Either the Japanese first release or one of the Japanese re-releases, always on physical CD. There could be a digital download or streaming, as one of your entries shows. Every physical Japanese CD is always titled: "Blue Murder - Screaming Blue Murder", subtitled with "Dedicated To Phil Lynott". There is no "Live in Japan" or anything else to read on the front of the booklet.
The non-physical digital version did possibly happen this year in 2025 after the leader of the band Blue Murder, John Sykes died in December 2024.
