My Tracker not working

My Tracker isn't working - HTTP ERROR 503

The rest of the site seems find it is just My Tracker that takes me to an error page.

I'm also getting this. I'm based in the UK. Not sure if it's just a UK thing or not.

I thought it was just me. Driving me nuts!! I'm in Australia so not location specific. Yeah just the tracker page. I can get it show up in incognito mode (Chrome) or in Edge but if I try to hide  watched shows I just get the spinning circle of death.

We're seeing that some folks are experiencing this issue and we're working to solve it.

We've fixed a bug that may have been causing this issue.

It may help to clear your browser cache and the Tracker should appear (fingers crossed).

I clicked on contact support the side reel website and I responded that my issue was other two or three times and I did get emails back which said that if none of the problems contained in the emails were relevant I should reply to the email and tell them what the problem was, which I also done two times But now I think I’m in the right place being in the forum here but obviously your contact support from your website isn’t helpful. It merely sends a pre-fabricated email which appears to target people who have forgot their passwords or are having problems with their subscriptions. I’m very relieved to know that I’m not the only woman at this problem. Thank you for your help

Ani, you're 100% right. This goes straight to our adblock partner and is not helpful at all.

We'll work on getting this cleaned up so other people don't have this same issue.

I’ve been experiencing this problem for a couple of days and have written quite a few times to the support page and they write back to me and do nothing, but I’m really happy to see other people having the same problems. Hopefully they fix it soon

We haven't seen any of your writing on this issue before. I'd hate to think we're missing user feedback. Can you point out where you've been writing to us? What site or platform?

We don't have a method of sending users an automated email on how to resolve issues (or at least we haven't for the past five years).

Can you point out the page on SideReel where you are clicking to get this pre-fabricated email?
If it still exists somewhere, we'd love to know so we can stop sending people the wrong or un-helpful info!

On the tracker, the "Hide Watched Shows" tick box seems to not be working.  I have several episodes that I have not watched, but with the box ticked, nothing shows on the tracker.  If the box is unticked, then all shows I have ever watched show.

Is this still broke for you?   We had a database update a few days ago and caused some issue with one of the queries.   I have since patched the query and others have said it fixed the issue they were having (as fixed the issue with my own tracker)
