Featured user reviews could be more carefully selected - I mean, come on.

Ah the joys of automating selections.
Our logic is as follows:
A user review which was submitted within the last 8 weeks with more than 5 upvotes, and then we randomly select from that pool of available reviews.
This particular work of criticism got 11 upvotes and was therefore deemed "helpful" (your mileage may vary).
I guess one might consider filtering out the word 'crap' - always an indicator of carefully considered criticism - or, as far as I'm concerned, 'woke', though that would probably be more controversial. Nevertheless, would either word ever be considered appropriate or fitting for a professional review? I think very rarely, no? I understand the tonality of user reviews may differ, and that's fine, but I don't think we need this.

Lester Bangs may disagree...
