It's been good to see a couple of other members recommend Sprints 'Letter to Self', even if AllMusic's editorial team haven't been tempted to review it yet.
Without changing tactics too much, I wanted to bring to their attention another new band's debut album that also received favorable feedback from many other music review sites. Would someone please review 'This Could Be Texas' by English Teacher?
They're a recent highlight but I'll also mention that the albums from The Decemberists, Phosphorescent and Sarah Jarosz, which have been popular amongst users too.
Seems I didn't have to worry about name-checking The Decemberists as a review for them was already in the post and has now been uploaded. If there name was already forwarded, thanks anyway.
It's too bad that AllMusic no longer have the staff to cover as many new releases as they use to. While they're still really good with new American bands, new British bands are often less fortunate. Acts like English Teacher, A.G. Cook, Bob Vylan, Sprints, Rachel Chinouriri and Still House Plants have recently missed out, despite the killer reviews they've received elsewhere.
Then you have established acts like Arab Strap, Bat for Lashes or Everything Everything struggling to get the coverage they once did. But what can be done - advertising revenue just doesn't stretch as far as it use to.
Funny, one of the acts you've named there (Bat for Lashes) just received a new review too.
Kudos to AllMusic for trying to keep up with the demand.

Hope someone will still find a moment for the new album by Fred Again.. He's been headlining festivals all over Europe this summer, but AllMusic doesn't really seem to be on board yet. :)
