Whenever I see a well-written review, I'm going to the User's profile, and under Ratings, it's saying that they haven't rated anything yet. They rated the album they reviewed!
You're right. This is (sort of) a bug.
Users can choose to set their privacy level on their album ratings.
If a user chooses to make their ratings public, you'll see them on their profile page.
If a user chooses to keep those ratings private, you won't see any on the page (but, it confusingly says they didn't rate anything which is incorrect).
We'll take a look.
