When an artist's previous album was highly rated, it always sits a bit uneasy with me it the new one isn't even reviewed. So if you don't mind, I'll occasionally post an example of that here, in the hope it might still be remedied. Exhibit one: Conway the Machine's new album 'Won't He Do It'.

We'd love to cover all the albums that come out but we simply don't have the staff to review them all (even new releases from artists that had been highly rated in the past).
I do understand, but I'd advocate this as a category that may deserve special attention. ;)

Allmusic rarely reviews indie labels (which is common for underrepresented voices). No exception even for a Grammy-winning album by an artist who has always self-released (rejecting commercialism), whose previous album was rated 5-stars here, and who averages one release per decade.
