I tend to get unreasonably impatient when the star ratings for some new releases take a while to appear online, as they are again this week.
Is this due to some hard-to-solve bug, or what is causing it, if I may ask? :)

It is due to the individual editors not putting the star rating into the system on time.
Human error which happens from time to time.
This happened on two albums this week, which is unusual.
The two missing ratings from yesterday are there now.
