Images don't load while on VPN

I use a VPN service (Mullvad). When I connect to AllMusic.com when going through their Seattle wireguard servers, the website loads, but without any images. This also happens to the weekly email - it shows up with no images. If I switch to Mullvad's wireguard servers in San Jose, however, both the website and weekly email work fine.

Any way we can whitelist all Mullvad VPN servers? A lot of people use VPNs these days.

Thanks for the consideration.

Thanks.

Some of the images we display (the image of the Thriller album cover, the images on the blog articles, the image at the top of the new releases newsletter) are hosted by us ourselves.

Many of the other album cover images and artist images are hosted by a third party.

Your VPN is allowing you to see the images we host, but blocking the images from our third party provider.

I can ask our developers about this, but as a work-around: Can you whitelist this domain within your VPN somehow? https://rovimusic.rovicorp.com

This is where the blocked images are hosted.

We can take a look.

Quick question: Does the album cover on this page show up if you are going through the Mullvad VPN?

Or how about these images?

Finally, can you let us know which images (if any) display on this page?

It should look like this (if everything is working):

T

Thanks for looking at this for me!

First link (Thriller): Image is showing, but then when I clicked on AllMusic at the top, the home page again has no images.

Second link (reader's poll): Images show (all the albums are red?), but clicking on any of the images to go to the artist's page leads to no images again.

Third link (connectivity test): It does look like your screenshot, yet. If I click on any of the "A" icons, they don't show me anything. Are they supposed to?

Also, weird that the Weekly Releases email doesn't have images unless I turn off my VPN, right?
