Burden of truth & harrow are both showing they have shows available to watch in my tracker. However they also say I’m already up to date but still won’t remove from my tracker page. They are both airing in the next week but already showing in the tracker.
yes that is how I have it set up, to “hide watched shows” I just don’t know why it’s not being removed from my list on that tracker page and yes I have refreshed and it’s staying even though I’m caught up

I see now from your screenshot that you have Hide Watched Shows set so there is no reason Burden of Truth should be showing in your Tracker.
Can I ask: If you open up each of the other seasons in full, is every one of the earlier episodes marked as watched? Do all of the other episodes have the eyeball icon marked as highlighted/dark? Or is there one stray one unmarked in an earlier season?
Yes, I just went to double check but everything has been marked as watched and all have dark eyeballs

We just don't have a lot of information about upcoming episodes for a lot of shows. If you take a look at a show like Shameless, we do have more information about the rest of the season:

I see that. So I just added it to my list, clicked watched on all seasons 1-10 and hit watched on episodes through ep. 5 of season 11. And now it’s no longer showing in my tracker since all aired episodes have been watched. The issue I’m having is not pertaining to Shameless as it’s no longer in my tracker
Below the calendar by where it says "Your Tracked Shows" is a checkbox that says "Hide Watched Shows." If that checkbox is checked, it will make the shows in Your Tracked Shows disappear until the day that the next episode is scheduled to air.
If I have "Hide Watched Shows" checked and I have not yet watched S04 E01 of Burden of Truth, I see it in my list of shows.
If I then mark S04 E01 as Watched (and refresh the page) the show disappears from my Tracker (since I have the "Hide Watched Shows" checkbox checked).
On Thursday, Burden of Proof should reappear in my Tracker since on that day it will be available (and it should show up listed as the "Next Unwatched Episode" at that point).
When I mark S04 E01 as Watched, it disappears from my Tracker altogether. Are you saying that if you mark S04 E01 as Watched and you have the Hide Watched Shows" checkbox checked, it STILL shows up in your tracker? Even after refreshing the page?
I’ve always had it this way and it has never shown future dated show in the actual tracker UNTIL they have aired. If what you are saying is accurate, then why aren’t all shows showing? I have Chicago med, fire, pd all in my tracker and not a single one is still showing in my tracker since they don’t air until 2/3
it’s showing in my tracker that the episode for 2/4/21 should be available to watch even though it’s showing up to date at the same time. It won’t “remove” from my tracker page even though I am up to date
That "Episodes" view shows *all* of the episodes in our system.
If we had information about 15 episodes for this season, they would all be showing in that view (all the way up through April or May or whenever the season ends).

The Tracker is saying that you are up to date if you have watched all of the episodes that have aired so far.
If you have not yet marked Season 4 Episode 1 (which aired on January 28th and is available) as "Watched" the Tracker will show you that episode is the next one available you need to see:
If you do mark S04 E01 as "Watched" the tracker will say that you are Up To Date (meaning there are no new shows available for you to watch (since as of Feb 02 you can't yet see a show that airs on Feb 04).

Once Thursday the 4th rolls around, the Tracker should update and say that your Next Unwatched Episode is S04 E02 - Breaking Points.
