Correcting issues and mistakes made r.e. noteworthy Janice Martin classical release

An artist I represent, Janice Martin, has a classical CD listed here but it is listed as jazz. Also, even though her version of John Corigliano's Sonata for Violin and Piano was acclaimed "the best yet" by one critic for a major newspaper, and acclaimed widely by other reviewers, her Corigliano is not even listed here with your assignation of the Sonata as a "Noteworthy" piece of music.

See here: https://www.allmusic.com/composition/sonata-for-violin-piano-mc0002388661#appearsOn

Many other versions of the Sonata, however are listed, which seems odd because you do have her CD filed on your site, and she was a Stradivari Society recipient violinist when she released the CD (and plays a 1685 Stradivarius violin on it).

So those are the problems. How do we go about fixing them? What do I need to help make the corrections happen?

It may be worth re-sending a physical copy of the album to our data provider: https://www.allmusic.com/product-submissions

Regarding getting the album reviewed, our staff of writers is not large and it is impossible to cover all of the albums that get released.

I'll see what I can do. This is very much a lost gem in the Classical world. Let's hope we can find better results in the way of rediscovering Janice Martin, violinist.

Since this performer mistakenly went in as a Jazz artist, the works on the album were cataloged as "Songs" and not classical "Compositions" (which are the works represented in the link you sent over).

If the album gets re-categorized as Classical, then the performed pieces should be re-categorized appropriately, though it may take some time to work through the system.

"If the album gets re-categorized as Classical"?? What has to happen for it to be recategorized?  Do I need to re-submit it through your TiVo process?  I can certainly do so if necessary. Please let me know

It can't, however, be left as a Jazz genre record - it's the debut album by a Stradivari Society violinist who presents the full Corigliano Sonata along with pieces by Clara Schumann, Ysaye, and Saint-Saens, plus there is Brahms "Rain Sonata", which - it doesn't appear that you were sent the version of the CD that has the rain Sonata.

I am wondering why this was never reviewed by All Music. The Strad magazine reviewed it. The Washington Post reviewed it, the Miami Herald and many others. Can we get that remedied as well?
