Watched episode eyes aren't working

Backyard Envy and Million Dollar Listing LA the episode eyes aren't working.  And also the eyes that were marked watched are now undone.

Can you tell us what device you are using to browse SideReel?

Are you on a laptop or mobile phone or iPad/tablet?

Are you in your Tracker? Or on a TV Show page?

Any specifics you can give us would be helpful in troubleshooting.

Am using the tracker always.... I use SideReel on my computer and iPad.

it worked on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , but on NYC it still won't load episodes.  I cleared history on my Mac and iPhone and iPad.  I'm still having difficulties on Mac with this one.  Many thanks for trying to help.
