side reel is not letting me use the eye to record a show watched nor will it let me track a new show

Sidereel is not responding to me at all - when I am logged in it says I am not.  If I log out and log in again it still does no acknowledge.  Refreshing does not work, rebooting the computer makes no difference either. I just subscribed for another year last month but it is not working at all in the last week.

it is ok - I have switched  to another tracker.  But thanks for getting back to me anyhow
