I can't mark an episode watched

Berlin Station Season 2.... would like to be able to check off episodes watched....

Hi.
Can you tell us what device you are using to browse SideReel?

Are you on a laptop or mobile phone or iPad/tablet?

Are you in your Tracker? Or on a TV Show page?

Any specifics you can give us would be helpful in troubleshooting.

I use my Mac OS Catalina and iPad with current updates.  I usually do everything through the tracker.

So if you go into the episodes listings in the tracker on your iPad and try to click the "Watched" icon, nothing happens?

If you refresh the page, does it show that the episode is watched? Or did the watch event never get registered at all?

(Trying to figure out if the issue is that the Watch event never happens, or if it happens but the eyeball icon just isn't showing the right "updated" view).

It's not every show.  Some shows no problem.  Others like a season 2 for example when I click on Watched icon nothing happens.  As time goes on more are working.  For example Snowpiercer was no problem now.  But Deadwind Season two is not working at all.

Berlin Station Season 3 unable to mark watched.  Otherwise everything is okay.

Hi! Me too, I tried to check an episode watched but the eye won't turn black. What is happening?

Buck Rogers in the 25th Century S02 E03 The Guardians also cannot be marked as watched. I've tried using the episode list as well. The icon doesn't remain toggled over and refreshing the page doesn't show it as watched. I've tried Chrome and Edge. Usually, when this toggle acts up, it simply just doesn't update to the next episode without a refresh. In the case of this show however, it doesn't toggle and thus a refresh will not update it either.

We're having an issue with one of our servers this morning (7/19/2022). Many of the main features of the site are functioning but some of the user interactions (like marking episodes as Watched and interacting with lists, etc) are not responding properly.

We're working on getting it patched up.
