HI I have paid $12 subscription but a pop up screen still keeps coming up to ask me to pay $12!! Any ideas please

Hi Marty,
We received an email saying that you subscribed on SideReel on November 15th but it somehow never registered in our system.

We have corrected this now and you should be subscribed through December 31st of this year.

You should be able to look at this page and see your subscription is active.
